Hi, Don Shanks here.
Wherever I go, the same conversations come up – people asking about my time in the game, who I've worked with, what I've learned over the years. Playing in the English First Division, coaching under some of the game's great managers, and the decades since spent coaching and scouting internationally. All of that has certainly given me plenty to talk about – so I've finally got around to sharing some of it here.
I'll be adding to this blog regularly – more on my background, some honest thoughts on the game, and what I'm seeing out there now. Worth checking back.
