Football Pro-Am
I've spent fifty years in football — playing, coaching, scouting — and one thing I've always believed is that there are players out there with genuine ability who never get the chance to be properly assessed.
What I'm working on now is a platform where players can submit footage, get an honest rating out of ten, and receive specific feedback from someone who has actually played and coached at the top level. Not automated. Not generic. Real assessment from real experience — combined with ongoing feedback that builds a picture of a player's progress over time.
